The business focus of Air Algèrie Catering is shifting towards a total customer’s satisfaction, we put all the human and material resources to reach our goals. Our customer’s satisfaction is the measure of our success.
Certifications and Trophies
Air Algèrie catering has been awarded twice with international prizes, the first one at the gastronomic meeting in Marrakech in 2004, where we won the “Mehrez d’or” for the cold desert category.
Food Production
The requirements of the food safety standards (HACCP) are rigorously applied on the plans and designs of the production kitchens that have been positioned in such a way as to ensure the strict compliance with the direction of the products flow.
