Vacuum Packaging , a functional solution for food preservation

Vacuum Packaging , is made by a special machine and helps extend food preservation time . It is also an effective traceability system that allows the tracking of the product from raw material status until the final product.

A particular sensory quality monitoring (Aspect, Taste, Freshness... ) , is conducted by an on-site laboratory which also carries out all the Microbiological analysis.

Perspectives

Air Algérie Catering has launched an ambitious action plan to focus on the traditionally in-flight business, while opening up to other segments of the catering market.

Certifications and Trophies

Air Algèrie catering has been awarded twice with international prizes, the first one at the gastronomic meeting in Marrakech in 2004, where we won the “Mehrez d’or” for the cold desert category.
